The kids went to Creek Week at Evergreen Park during the week of August 3-9, 2009. They learned some new stuff everyday and had a lot of fun. This was the 2nd day of the program and they learned how people use to hunt for Mammoth...track animals that had tracking devices attached to them......make Native American items: totem poles, dream catchers, etc.

Looks like they are having a great time. What a great program and weather that is not too miserable.
It does look like lots of fun.
I have a friend who is a substitue teacher and she participates in the event every year. I am gald you guys had the chance to go!
